VITAMIN B12

A 2010 study showed that Vitamin B12 deficiency is more prominent in people who exercise on a regular basis.

Optimal Vitamin B levels contribute to a normal homocysteine metabolism, as well as normal red blood cell formation. Like the other B Vitamins, it plays an important role in reducing tiredness and fatigue, as well as a normal energy yielding metabolism and functioning immune system.

L-CITRULINE MALATE

Beta-Alanine is a naturally sourced, non-essential amino acid.

A review report published in 2010 considered the effects of beta-alanine supplementation on performance during multiple bouts of high-intensity exercise.

Beta-Alanine and has also been shown to increases the levels of carnosine a protein molecule. High levels of Carnosine may reduce fatigue in women during aerobic activity. Carnosine are reported to be lower in women compared to men.

Taurine is an amino acid that is produced by the body and is abundant in the muscles and the brain, the main food source for it is meat and fish.
