EnXtra
EnXtra is a caffeine amplifier made from a plant in the ginger family called alpinia galanga.
It is used for caffeine enhancement, helping extend the effects of the caffeine by up to 5 hours. It may also help sharpen mental alertness and focus, long after your workout is over.

Caffeine from Green Coffee Bean
Caffeine is one of the most researched supplements known to boost exercise performance. It does so through a variety of physiological mechanisms that include activating the nervous system, stimulating the production of certain hormones, and signalling muscle activation.
In addition, a bit of caffeine before a workout could boost metabolism and burn more calories.
The caffeine in Powher comes from green coffee beans which have additional benefits beyond regular coffee.
The secret to green coffee beans is the chlorogenic acid, a compound that helps prevent certain starches from being broken down into sugar. This helps decrease overall calorie absorption and regulates post-meal blood sugar levels.

Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12, like B6, is required for normal metabolism and breaking down carbohydrates for energy. Building of new muscle tissue also requires B12. Both of these important functions mean that B12 might be depleted after intense exercise.
Avoiding a deficiency in this vitamin is particularly essential for those following a vegan or vegetarian diet as it is found primarily in animal foods. Vitamin B12 deficiency can be severe and significantly impact nerve function.

COCONUT WATER POWDER
Coconut water has a similar electrolyte profile to human blood, making it ideal for hydration. Research has found it is equally as effective for hydration as other sports drinks with fewer side effects. Well-hydrated muscles perform better and hydration is essential to a healthy metabolism.
Coconut water is also a great natural source of electrolytes whilst also having antioxidant properties, which helps reduce oxidative stress in the body.

Oxyjun
The active ingredient Terminalia arjuna is a type of bark that can help improve exercise performance. It has been developed specifically for use in pre workout supplements and other similar products to support cardiovascular endurance and physical performance.

Rednite
Rednite is a concentrated, standardized beetroot powder. Powder from beetroot is well documented to help enhance performance due to its ability to boost nitric oxide and improve blood flow. It is also rich in antioxidants, helping reduce oxidative stress caused by exercise.

L-Tyrosine
While L-tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid (it can be made from the amino acid phenylalanine), this doesn’t make it any less important.

Beta Alanine
Beta-alanine is an amino acid that can help control lactic acid and other acidic compounds formed during workouts. It can reduce muscle acid by increasing levels of a compound called carnosine, responsible for modulating acid build up.
The build up of these acids is what causes muscle burn and fatigue. Preventing them from building up can help you workout longer. Supplementation with beta-alanine can increase carnosine concentrations by 80% and significantly reduce pain and fatigue.

Leucine
Leucine is a branded chain amino acid involved in muscle synthesis. It works with insulin to help the body build new muscle cells after a tough workout. For optimal muscle growth, the International Society of Sports Nutrition recommends 700-3000mg of leucine per day, exactly what you will find in Powher’s pre-workout.

Folic Acid
